Step 3 - Program management

Critical to the success of workplace transformation is both an integrated program and the leadership capability to implement it. The program links cross work plan dependencies and creates value by ensuring the sequencing of tasks is as efficient as possible. For example an activity in the design phase may trigger activities in the change plan. Conversely a long lead time for IT equipment may impact the future ways of working program. By creating co-terminus work plans we ensure all work streams are completed as quickly and efficiently as possible by day 1 of the new workplace.

Of equal importance to this goal is the ability to effectively lead a team of cross-discipline employees toward a shared goal. This takes effective communication and collaboration, skilled people leadership, discipline and accountability. We’re experts at creating a compelling vision, a sense of team, exciting work and a great sense of fun.
