Step 4 - BAU

Key to ensuring the long term benefits of workplace transformation is a sustainable workplace operating model in ‘BAU’ (business as usual). This operating model consists of governance, operational standards, new and improved processes and any organisational changes to workplace support teams.

Of most importance however is creating permanent change to organisational culture and employee behaviour. It is critical new habits and behaviours are both maintained post change and taught as part of on-boarding new employees.
